Lindsay Nordlof is a Registered Clinical Counsellor in the province of British Columbia. She provides comprehensive counselling services to adolescents, adults, and couples. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology. Lindsay has worked and trained in a variety of settings across British Columbia and Alberta including residential treatment programs, outpatient clinics, and private practice. 
 

Lindsay strives to create a safe and supportive environment that emphasizes collaboration, empowerment, and advocacy. She appreciates that every person's situation is unique and that the most effective results are achieved by tailoring treatment to meet individual needs and preferences. Lindsay has adopted an integrated therapeutic approach that includes cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, and solution-focused models. She also incorporates mindfulness-based interventions which have proven to reduce stress and improve overall health and well-being.
