I understand that navigating this stage of life can be challenging. As a dedicated and compassionate student counsellor in my 20s, I can relate to the unique struggles young adults face. I specialize in helping individuals enhance their self-esteem and develop healthy coping strategies to manage stress and anxiety.
I recognize that seeking therapy can feel daunting, and I commend you for taking this important step towards self-care. I believe therapy is a transformative process that fosters resilience, self-awareness, and self-compassion. My aim is to create a safe, supportive environment where you can feel heard and empowered to make positive changes in your life.
With a background in Psychology from the University of Victoria and currently pursuing my Master's in Counselling Psychotherapy at Yorkville University, I am deeply committed to guiding others through their challenges.
