We live in a complex, challenging society, and there are moments when we may feel confused, overwhelmed, and we long for a positive change, but the way ahead is still unclear.

Regardless of your age or relationship status, my aim is to help you regain clarity and understanding about yourself and the challenges you face, such as emotional isolation, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, and significant life changes.

I firmly believe in empowering clients through collaboration. By fostering a therapeutic alliance, my clients and I work together for a deeper understanding of their issues, and to help them reconnect with themselves, and subsequently, with the others. In this journey, I will be a caring, nonjudgmental companion who treats you with respect and confidentiality, because you and your story matter to me.

My approach is holistic and person-centered, and is tailored to meet the unique concerns on clients’ path to well-being, integrating insights from Gestalt psychology, existential philosophy, and Zen/Taoist traditions.

I was born and lived in Italy, before moving to Vancouver. My extensive educational and work background in Psychology, Gestalt Therapy Counselling, and Communication Science, helps me understand the impact of social and cultural contexts on my clients’ development, behavior, and habits.

Essentially, Gestalt therapy focuses on the holistic nature of individuals and works on removing barriers to their complete functioning in the present. Experiential and relational, Gestalt focuses on present-centered mindfulness, and on a holistic perception over the perception of individual elements.

I hold degrees in Communication Science (MSc, University of Turin), Psychology (MA, Universitas Mercatorum, Rome), and a 3-year postgraduate diploma in Gestalt counseling (Centro Studi Terapia della Gestalt, Milan).

Beyond my counselling work, I’m passionate about nature, cooking, reading, continuous learning, and quality time with family and friends.
